Journey into a World of Extremes

From the South Pole to the deserts of Morocco and all points in between, Abercrombie & Kent Extreme Adventures bring you face to face with nature at its most uncompromising. These expeditions begin where others end, giving you the satisfaction of conquering the planet's harshest environments.

Finding just the right expedition is easy thanks to our diverse range of destinations and difficulty levels. Extreme Adventures fall into five types of expeditions — from Mountain Trekking to Multi-Sport — to offer you the widest array of experiences. In addition, expeditions are labeled according to difficulty level, challenging the body and mind of every adventurer.

Whatever your skill level and interests, count on A&K's expertise and support as you face polar conditions, barren deserts and ocean depths. Extreme Adventure expeditions are small (ranging from two to six people and an expert guide), so adventurers enjoy personalized, detailed guidance where it matters most — at the ends of the earth. Venture to places that test your ability to persevere and savor the rewards that only come from braving the power of nature and overcoming it.

A Level for Every Adventurer

While an A&K Extreme Adventure requires a certain degree of fitness, journeys are designed to accommodate every kind of adventurer. Extreme Adventures expeditions fall under four difficulty levels:
